pp. fira's hotel/hostels are about 35/person/day recently, how was it in your time?

Santorini was beautiful, but not as beautiful as expected yet the water for some places was amazing.

went to the trip today.

quite convenient because the bus station of the travel agency is quite near cat's hostel. it took a long time to get to the volcano. didn't really expect it to be sth. good. just want to see sth, the cat haven't seen before. quite easy to get to the top. a good place to see the whole santorini.

and the hot spring is rather a mud pond....which the cat didn't like at all...the water is not "hot" at all, quite a dirty area to swim in....the cat hated it...

then the ship brought the cat to another island, the water there was far beyond cristal clear, the cat had a good swim there.

and the sunset of oia was...en...comparable to that of "lower bai ni" in HK.

en, a good day anyway, coz the cat didn't feel so tired today. good rest, what exactly the cat wanted.

\just can neither read or write in chinese again.

arrived in Santorini this early morning, the cat didn't really understand that why she insisted on taking the plane. she waited in the airport for more than 12 hrs.

the owner of the hostel picked the cat at the smallest airport she've ever seen. the hostel/hotel was small and far from the two major towns of the island. after a 4 hr sleep the cat caught a bus to Fira, one of the major towns, with a bread in her back pack in case she didn't find anything she is interested to eat.

the cat did find some place with probably the best view of the sea and wanted to stay there for the whole afternoon, but the sun shine was just too intense, and the cat went for a walk instead. the cat didn't really wanted to buy anything but she was soooooo attracted by some gorgous glass plates and bought a set of dishes for parent cats. those dishes were just sooo.... beautiful that the cat could not wait to show them to parent cats, but the shop keeper wrapped them so carefully to protect them that the cat doesn't want to unwrap them until she brings them to dad and mom cat. the cat will show you the picture then, and she is sure than all of you would envy dad and mom cat.

the cat is going to join a traveling group tomorrow (today for those in HK and BJ), going to the vocanol (spelling?), hot spring, sea side and the site of the best sunset.

having a good rest on the island. hope to get fully recharged before going back to hk.
